I don't believe this is as hard as you would think. I've been listening to it for a couple weeks now and I'm 90% certain it's -ONE NOTE-. I think he rides the C and it's all in the syncopation & percussion of his playing. There is the occasional slide up and down the neck, but al I hear is a C the entire song.
