need advice on changing pick ups on warwick corvette

Hey,
I'm interested in changing my bridge pick up (which is the stock jazz pick ups that are in pro series Corvettes) to a humbucker. Any advice from anyone that's done this or similar, I'd like to know how you went with it etc
