I'm in the process of re-working my entire rig in order to come up with something a little easier on the back.
I'm currently using an Acoustic B200 combo (200 watts, 73 pounds) and it sounds great, but it's not exactly super portable.
I need an amp that I can play through at church, and use as a personal monitor while sending a direct to the FOH. I do the same thing now with my B200, but it's a bit too large and powerful for my space on stage at church.
I've been seriously considering the Line6 Studio 110. Does anyone have any experience with this amp, or have any warnings as to why it won't work for my situation?
I was hoping to try one today at my local GC, but not only did they not have one, but almost NONE of their amps even had a power cord attached. I don't wanna start a rant on GC, but come on. How the hell are you gonna sell an amp that I can't try?
Anywhoo, any opinions on the Studio 110 are appreciated. Thanks.
