Need help diagnosing this popping issue.

So true bypass pedals are known to cause popping from time to time, but I haven't been able to find anything online which addressed the issues I specifically have.

I have an active bass that causes all of my pedals to pop very loudly when I turn them on or off. I KNOW the bass is the cause for this issue, because it's the only variable that causes the popping. I've switched amps, locations, power supplies, cables, batteries, inputs, outputs, DIs, interfaces, and the only time there's a popping sound is when I have that particular active bass plugged in. All of my other basses do not cause any issues.

Any insight as to what specifically could be causing this?

Is it an 18 volt bass? Are any of your other basses active? (your info page only lists your Ibanez SG and Squire VM) Are they all the same voltage? Does the pedal(s) signal get isolated at each end or only the input? Even a passive bass can cause a pop if the signal is cut rather than sent to ground.
