Need Help figuring out this part

I have a set of tabs for this bass part and can't figure out what they're trying to say.

Here's the tabs:

Could you ask your question again? Are you having trouble with the tab notations?

I've found that when I have trouble transcribing (or playing) it's good to watch someone else play it. Maybe this?

(PS, K-ON!;) )

Well, as you can see in the tabs, it says to "hammer-on" from the 7th fret to the 19th fret, but also labels it as a slapped note. Since that isn't really physically possible (a hammer-on is a note that is not plucked/slapped, so it's either a slapped note, or a hammer-on), so I'm trying to figure out what they actually meant.

Problem is I'm really bad at determining what someone is doing just by watching them play. Maybe if he had a video where he played it slow and you could see his hands a little better.

(yes, K-ON! rocks)
