Well what cab/s you should get really depends on how you intend to use it. Are you just getting something to fool around with at home? In that case, if you have actual self control, you can get just about any cab. If you wanted to actually use it to gig as a bass player, I think the absolute ideal would be a pair of medium 8 ohm cabs, along the lines of the Goliath Jrs. A vertical stack of 8 ohm Goliath Jr IIIs with that head would be a kick ass sounding and plenty loud rig for a wide variety of gigs (the Goliath cabs in general gained more power handling each iteration, there were 4 all together). The IIIs are kind of the sweet spot because they have fairly modern power handling and were the last of the pre-Fenders.
For something just fun to fool around with at home, depending on what kind of sound you like, you might find an old school 2x15 in your budget.
But I concur with others that your budget is asking a lot to end up with anything decent. There are deals to be had, but you won't find them if you aren't knowledgeable about bass gear in general. You might get lucky and find a Goliath III at or close to your budget. Even bumping up to 300-400 will open up your options considerably.
