Need Help Finding a Pickguard Material...

Hey everyone, I am trying to find a material for a pickguard but I have had no luck!



Around 4:52 you can see the bassist's white Precision bass and it has a reflective pickguard. Any idea where I can get that or what material it is?

I tried watching the video but didn't see any good shots of the bass.

Is it just a a mirrored PG? Those are easily found.

I'm not sure. I have a photo of the bass in no light and it is a dark gray color and has texture to it
In the video it reflects the color spectrum to a holographic degree and I wasn't sure if mirrored did that

Hmm, couldn't tell you. WD Pickguards sells both mirrored and simulated silver anodized. Never seen a "holographic" reflective PG, although I do know the effect you're talking about.

Just watched that video several times, and it appears to me that the reflection is just the stage lighting coming off of a shiny pickguard. No special material, just a glossy pickguard with stage lights.

Hm rly? The pickguard in the photo I have in their band score shows texture to it. Any idea what kind of pickguard it may be so I can buy it?
