So I just got my new bass amp and cab yesterday. I got a Mesa Boogie M-2000 Head and a Ampeg Svt-10e cab. I have plugged in everything in good but everytime I go to hit a string hard it makes a loud buzzing sound that doesn't seem very good. Can anyone help me fix this issue?

Just to make sure, I only need a speaker cable to connect the head to the cab and another wire to connect the head to the wall right?
Speaker cable being key. It may look like a guitar cable, but the two are SERIOUSLY different inside.
True, but I don't think that would be causing the problem. But it could be a number of different causes, and it's really hard to say without hearing it.
Last new rig I had shipped to me also made a loud buzzing noise. There was a packing peanut in the port getting sucked in and blown out whenever I hit a B. Did you check for some packing refuse in a hidden spot?
Yeah it could be really simple. A friend brought his buzzing SVT115E over once - and it turned out to be a wire against the cone.
