Need help, please vote on pickguard

Personally I prefer the contrast of the white 'guard. And it really makes the tugbar stand out as an element of visual interest.
I think I know how this poll will go though.

That's what I was thinking. The white was original and I put the tort right away. After a while, I switched them out and have been living with the white for a while. I like the contrast and it brings out more of the brown tones in the wood. The tort makes the bass look more orange. But the tort looks so good.Personally I prefer the contrast of the white 'guard. And it really makes the tugbar stand out as an element of visual interest.

They both look great for different reasons. Therefore I vote for anodized gold. 
Of those two choices I would have to say tort, I have a very similar bass (see my profile picture). I recently returned to the original white pick guard and can say that I absolutely hate it. I am counting the days until I can find a suitable replacement. I’m down to tort, white moto or black moto. Tort is at the bottom of that list, leaning toward black moto.
LOL, yeah, I thought of that. But that would be another purchase and Fender pickguards are expensive. I did buy a cheap one-ply plastic cream colored one to see how it looked, but it just looked cheap.They both look great for different reasons. Therefore I vote for anodized gold.

Maybe just rotate them? They really both do look great.
I vote for this. If you tried cream and felt it looked cheap, I'd recommend the official Fender mint (it's subtle) as another option... but if you already like these, I say just go back and forth every few months to keep things fresh.
Looking at your profile pic, have you tried switching those and put the gold on the sunburst?
Yeah, I just might. The P Bass is just a pain to keep switching them, in regards to having to disconnect/reconnect the pots.
You know, I thought about the mint. But looking at pictures on the web I couldn't tell how "mint" it was. I went to GC and saw one and thought it was too "mint". Anyone here have a mint pickguard?I vote for this. I do. I don't have personal pics handy at the moment, but these are the shots that I usually refer to as to how the official Fender mint looks with this combo. Just search on the American Professionals for more reference material though, they all use mint.
Yup, that’s the guard that was on it for years. The reason that I changed it back to original was that it didn’t quite fit. I would get another gold guard but am ready for a change.
I actually agree with all the above suggestions except black.
Black dulls down sunburst to me.
If you were open to buying a new PG, then most of these ideas are great.
I assume you own both above and was asking which looks best.
The white does look good, mint would look better,
but I voted tort although the white’s cool too. Switch between the two.
