Need help to identify this P Bass

as an aside, electronics are often the weak point of such basses ... something like an old-school dimarzio-style pickup (schaller makes a great licensed clone) and some nice pots and shielding could do such a bass a world of good for not much money. ime

Sometimes the label is irrelevant to how it plays. I have a squier body with a MIM neck someone hobbled together. I have $ 200.00 for. Thought about selling it but it plays so good! and it's super light.
