Need help with a wiring diagram

I just added a humbucker to my jazz bass bridge position and want to change the wiring. I normally run volume, blend, tone but this humbucker is able to be tapped. I can either run a push pull as the master volume or add a toggle switch, personally I like the aesthetic of a toggle. I would like to run volume, blend, tone, and a switch to tap just the bridge pickup for series parallel.

What humbucker is it? Wiring colors?
Also, which blend do you use? MN or Audio/linear?

It's an ulyate MM hybrid, typical wiring for each coil. Not sure what kind of blend it is, I've used it on several builds with great results, I'd guess audio.

What are wiring colors for each coil?
Do you need just parallel/series switch wiring for the Humbucker or complete circuit drawing? Or give me the model pickup and I will try and look it up. I can start the drawing as soon as you give me the information. If this afternoon I can have it later tonight.
