Need help with preamp

Guys this is a custom preamp built for my bass. The problem is I dont know which part is for which can anyone identify the individual functions.

I also have a list of the parts used Im just not sure about the diodes

If you need a copy of the parts list just pm me and Ill email it to you

This preamp sounds very good so Im eager to find out how to wire it to my other basses

Thing is the bass was custom made but in japan and I wasnt the one who had it made. So I dont know who where the maker is and the circuit board doesnt have any markings that would tell me who the maker is

Dang! That's going to take a mad scientist to sort out. You might be better off putting in a new preamp alltogether.
