Hey guys, i posted in here a while ago about looking for new pickups for my six string (ESP B-206SM). Well I now actually have the money to do it, and my plan is to buy an EMG-45JX pickup and install it in the neck position, and disable the bridge pickup for the time being I might put another one in it at a later date, but not now. My question is, is this a good idea at all? I much prefer the sound of the neck position pickup, and often find myself completely disregarding the bridge position. Has anyone played the 45JX?
