Need some advice with new pickups...

Hello everybody, this is my second post on this forum and I must say, you are the best! I've got so much valuable feedback that I am gonna try again, this time I need advice in pickups...
See, I own an Ibanez TR300 Expressionist, a discontinued series of Ibanez that resembles a Fender Jazz. The problem relies that the pickups have some weird meassures:

3cm x 10cm

There are no pickups in the market with such messures, but still I decided to go for the Bartolini 9J1 Jazz Bass Pickups which are slightly smaller.

My questions:

How hard is to change pickups when the hole for the pickups is too big/too small for the new pickups?

And...

Is there any pickups set that fits in this meassure (3cm x 10cm)

Thank you very much,

Ale

P.S. In Uruguay we use the metric system so the meassures should be 1.2 In x 3.9 In

Gracias!

The pickups I recommended are all slightly bigger.

I would measure the cavity.
They might just fit snug.
