Is this an actual paid agenda? Does the band have actual engagements and pays out? If this is just a fun thing (and you like the music?
If it's a paid thing and they have clubs, bars, whatever, then you may want to do some homework and see what they are honestly looking for.
Some of use are WAY too old to do that number. but a working musician is a working musician. And therefore an audition would be treated like any other job interview.
