Negative Comments On YouTube

I don't delete negative comments because I believe that folks have the right to their opinion. And if their opinion is that I suck, hey they have a right to it.
Somewhere else.

You owe them nothing.

Isn't there a setting to disable comments or require filtration?

I've wondered about that. I would never permit the usual illiterate bunk that constitutes YouTube comments be associated with my page, ever.

My band director was telling me about how we got into a comment war over a video of a 14 year old playing tenor sax. He basically defended the kid after some guy said he sucked. That guy turned around and said that my director was wrong, blah blah blah. My director majored in tenor sax, so it was an interesting read.

Well surely - it's not "your" page - if you put something up on Youtube it is owned by the company - that's the big lie - they have total control and are using people's content to make money for themselves by selling ads etc. :eyebrow:

Capitalism at its most brutal - we take your content/product, give you nothing and rake in all the profits! Oh and we make you want to do it! :p
