Yes that would be a double negative in the same sentence because the thread title was a fill in the blank from "Never ever ever_______" "don't eat yellow snow".

I'm guilty of saying things like that too. " I aint got none" which translates to I do have some.

Do have the most serious face you can and tell the officer you're "straight edge" and when the officer doesn't know what that is - explain to them, going into as much detail as possible, about how you won't even drink coffee, wear leather shoes etc. etc. etc. - right up to the point the officer wants you to shut up and tells you "drive home safe" *

*even if you're wearing leather shoes at the time
