Yes that would be a double negative in the same sentence because the thread title was a fill in the blank from "Never ever ever_______" "don't eat yellow snow".
I'm guilty of saying things like that too. " I aint got none" which translates to I do have some.
Ask the officer who's pulled you over, "Hey, you're not going to search my trunk, are you?"
Or after the officer asks "Any drugs or alcohol" never reply "No thanks officer we have all we need"

I can't disagree.There are two ways of using double negatives. One involves logic where two negatives equal a positive, as you noted. However, some languages use a double negative as reinforcement which would mean that you "definitely" don't have any.
