Heres a little history. Aria quit making the SB1000 in 1986. In 2003 they reissued three versions of the SB1000. The SB1000RI (reissue) which was exactly like the original, the SB1000CB (Cliff Burton Signature) which was all black like the one Cliff Burton briefly played in Metallic and the SB1000JT (the John Taylor signature) which is the same as the SB1000RI except the JT's has all black hardware. Aria USA in all of its infinite wisdom decided to only import the Cliff Burton model so the RI and The JT weren't available here only overseas.I gotta give a BIG thanks to hornytoad for helping me score this badboy!! Thanks HT!!:)
