Hey, duckbutter, I think the G body is close to that design. Give it a look. It comes closest:

tubby, I could be wrong on the neck. It may be blood wood.

Good job on the bass you picked up. Yeah the body would be nearly what you paid for the whole bass. That Koa can be pricey!!!
Yeah, but not close enough. The 5 and 6 have more of an MTD Kingston Heir look to them. The G4 looks more like a P with different "horns".
The true question is how does it sound?
This is super interesting to me because I was just about to build a warmoth with this same wood combo. I would be curious to hear your comments on it's tone.
