I just picked up a Finale bow after trying a dozen at the violin shop. The only one I liked there was $6k. The Finale is nice and light. Also, I upgraded my strings as well which make acro much easier.

Mike McGee is in Pittsburgh and may be able to help. Excellent luthier and he's a bassist, too. Finale seems like a good choice.
