I have been playing on a Fender Strat for 15 years, and decided to purchase my first bass.
For years I was wary of playing bass because of my small hands, until I heard about short scale basses. I recently purchased a new 4 string Ibanez Mikro that was on sale.
I am thinking of down tuning it to D standard. Has anyone used GHS Boomers Set 3035
(50-107) on an Ibanez Mikro? Do they fit without having to file the nut?
