I forgot to introduce myself. I signed up about a month ago. I just started playing bass after playing guitar for many years. I always wanted to try it and I'm glad I finally did. I love the power and growl of the bass. My fingers like the thickness of the strings. My influences are Geezer Butler, Steve Harris and Cliff Burton. I been listening to a lot of Black Sabbath again lately and focusing on his bass playing it's just incredible I'm drawn to it. I love Iron Maiden but Geezer is just incredible. I actually returned my Trace Elliot and bought his signature Head of Doom from Ashdown. I'm glad I found this website of fellow knowledgable bass guitarists and I plan to visit and learn from you guys and hopefully one day I can return the favor and give some of my musical knowledge to someone.
