New Bass Preamp from Hotone - B-Station

i would like help !!! please !!!
i went and ordered my b station preamp online and got it and noticed a strong hiss more like a beep sound a constant signal noise or something ... of course i went tru the whole trouble shooting using different basses and different cables different set ups amps etc etc ... using different power cords and even using it with battery ... also straight with headphones and the noise never got away i got videos and contacted customer support they noticed something different with it but not necessarily the noise i hear .... anyways got a replacement from my online seller and is the same thing ... same situation ... anyone that can help me ??? i really like the concept and would love to keep it but i'm almost loosing hope ...

Ok, let's use the process of elimination. Plug your bass straight into your main amplifier. No pedals at all. Knobs on amp to middle. Do you get the beep?
no
that's the thing ...
no issues with bass straight to amp
even if the pedal is by passed (off) it goes smooth no issues
as soon as the green light comes on the bip (hiss) signal noise or whatever the name is comes strong and constant ... 2 brand new pedals with same issue ? possible but man that's crazy
for the record i have an active bass and a passive bass i have 2 different power cords the one that came with pedal and a different one , 2 different instrument cables a combo amp and a amp head + cab set up ... i also have tried without any cables plugged to preamp just using my in ears with battery and with power cord having same results every time

You could put the signal output to a DAW and use a Freq analyzer... I use the tone generator and on my computer speakers, can hear up 13,544 Hz... but nothing from the video... which depending on our age, it will be audible or not... as well as how much damage we've already done to our hearing...

We have done this for analysis for my B-Station and did see a spike high up there (which we could not hear), but we EQ'd it out on our mixer (QSC TM30), basically just a notch filter, since it didn't affect the tone... that we could hear... not sure how you'd filter this going direct to an Amp, unless you add a graphic EQ that goes that high... but is an idea... we really like the slight growl we can get out of the B-Station in our recordings... so we went with the workaround...

unfortunately for me i tried everything ...
different cables , basses , amps , even with nothing plugged in just inears i got same results ... power cord or 9v battery powered ... even on a different location, also checked the DI and coming out of the di we had the same noise ... after 14 days waiting all i got was 2 noisy pedals with same results !!! frustrating for sure ...

Well got tired of trying to figure out , after waiting like 12 days i got another b station from the online seller just to find it had the same issue , tried everything ... different basses , cables , amps , set ups , battery powered , power cord , even different house , for out and all i could possibly think of .... returned both of them and currently waiting for a refund to go a different direction ... thanks for the help !!!
