This one I like. Not as crazy about the ones that don't change color though.

850.00 EUR = 1,262.49 USD

Too rich for my blood, but I might be able to scrounge up the money eventually for a color changing bass.

"concept"...no...I wouldn't use that word...concept gives off the image that a thought process was actually involved here...

I think the words "unfortunate accident" are more appropriate...don't ya think?

That said...If I had a canoe, I might buy one...

And please...don't get me wrong...I'm not putting down your product...just disputing it's function...

how does it hold up to salt water?

There are paints available that change colour with temperature. I'm sure a laquered version would conduct heat from your fore arm and fingers to give 'hotspots' and slowly change if used under lights etc. Anyone want to try?

Looks funny but sounds alright I recon.

Somewhat DIY-Project like.
The hacked off fender head's a thing...
Not in the least original or pretty or anything....
I'd like something more original.
To me it looks exceptionally crude overall.

I just can't see the appeal at all and have seen WWAAYY too many basses to find this one in any way special at all.

The chopped off appearance of the headstock and the body behind the bridge hurt my eyes. I want to ease those corners. The horn looks so severe and ungraceful. Also, the tuning pegs do seem a bit retro for the design. I am curious about the tone.

The design has been flamed over and over here on TB. And actually some people see something nice in it.

Love it or hate it, I guess. I haven't counted but it seems most people hate it. On the Dutch forum it's almost the same, though it seems it's the other way around there.

Nah, who cares. I like it and one thing is for sure: It sounds great, and for me it handles great, too. That is what this bass is about.

Plus one has to have an open mind to appreciate it. Actually I get some really nice comments from professional players who are really into music full-time.

It might be possible professionals appreciate the particular advantages of the design and don't need a "vintage" or "boutique" bass to cover their image.

Not really my thing, but I don't hate it. I think the standard/conventional Fender-style bridge ruins the out-of-the-box design/thinking of it to some degree. A different kind/style of bridge would prob enhance it aesthetically. Could go either way... something massive or something more sleek, but the bridge that's on there says "boring" to me. Just my 2¢.
