New Color for My BBP35

Love this bass. Bored with the color. Yamaha would do wonders by offering more. I'm going to leave the headstock black.

What should I go with? Keep in mind the pickguard, at this time, will stay stock.

Honestly, man, and for example, my P35 looks worlds better from just adding a new pickguard and knobs. If you don't plan on selling yours anytime in the future, though, then I suppose a refin wouldn't affect resale value.

Before opening this thread, I thought no matter what I'm gonna respond with black and white. That's ALWAYS the best choice.

And if it ain't gonna be black and white, then it has to be sea foam.

There are really no other wise choices.

Strip it.
If the grain is good then clear!

I think that color is kind of timeless, it'll seem cooler later like 10 years from now, when the models/colors have changed. Keep as is, or consider swapping pickguard and knobs... or get it wrapped.
