Bass Luthier
Hi there

Just thought I'd post a couple of pics of the latest bass to leave the workshop.

This is the first of my run of "simple" basses, designed to be a more affordable alternative the expensive custom instruemnts i usually build.

Still 100% handmade and unique though, with many of the feautres you'd never see on a mass produced guitar ( wooden cover plates, MOP inlay etc )

Let me know what you think, and if you want to try it out We'll both be at the manchester guitar show on sunday (10 May)

all the best

Paul

Hi all

thanks for the comments, i think the general consesus is good but a fair few not keen on the jack position - so I will take that onboard and shift it onto the side for the next one - which is an active version - single humbucker ( my take on a MM ), RW board and a lovely golden rippled walnut body - pics as soon as its done

The price will be similar to this bass at around £749, will hopefully have some you tube clips in the next week or two

all the best

Paul
