The 1/4" output is a balanced Tip Ring Sleeve and is designed to drive the MBP. Use a cable with 1/4" TRS on one end and a n XLR on the other.

Thanks for the reply. and to the two previous posters for the proper cables.
Makes me closer to getting one of these as it'd take care of most if not all of my needs.

For the people who already have one. Is the tuner fast and accurate enough to use for setting intonation? I currently use a Boss TU-3 for that but if the Plex took care of that too I'd give the Boss to a nephew.

The right angle probably would not work with the Plex. Unless you could route it straight down, it would block the power jack or the effects loop jacks. Which brings up a good point...unless it's last in your chain and goes straight to your amp it's not very pedalboard friendly.

Yeah the tuner works fine, definitely better than a Boss

I tuned with it then followed up with a strobe tuner to compare. It is pretty accurate.

Master volume does not affect the DI.

I'm no expert on such things, but that's normal for a DI. Every amp I have is a fixed level DI output. But to maybe answer your question, the PA should have a gain adjustment on each channel.

The DI is not affected by the MASTER.

Which I do like! I guess 'not pedalboard friendly' is a bit harsh...more like 'not right angle cable friendly'. You'd have to be able to run right angle cables straight down in order to use them.

Right angle 1/4" works for me. YMMV.
