Howdy from Central Texas! My name is Randy - 42 year old husband to an awesome woman, and dad to two amazing girls. I'm primarily a drummer who has wanted to learn a second instrument for a while now. Bass has always intrigued me and seems like a natural progression as a fellow rhthym section musician. Don't worry, I take drummer jokes very well.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to jumping in here and learning as much as I can. I've already had a lot of help from someone on this board, my virtual buddy Marko138.

We treat drummers pretty well around here. It's guitarists, singers and keyboard players who get banged around a bit. Then again, they usually deserve it.
