New Harley Benton Line MV Series basses

As the owner of a Burgundy Mist bass, my only issue with Harley Benton is that their Burgundy Mist isn't really Burgundy Mist. It's much more purple, lavender than Burgundy Mist should be. End of rant hehe.

A friend of mine plays a Harley Benton stingray copy. Insanely good bass for the ~€150 he bought it for (new!). I'm tempted by the Mustang copy in this line.

I had the same complaint. But after a few days with my MV-4JB (on the right below) made me forget about the color error!

And it made me spring for this:

I got one of the new MV-4P and I have to say that the quality, tone and feel is amazing. I can't believe how they price this so low...
It has an amazing neck and it just needs a few adjustments to become a great playing bass.
If you're thinking of getting one, don't hesitate. They are great deals for the money.

I have a Harley Benton P/J and their Telecaster (6 string guitar) clone. They are playable and fun as knockabout, stand-in, backup instruments. Good intonation and decent pickups. But you need a real Fender in your hands. I used the P/J in rehearsals for about two weeks and couldn’t wait to get back on the Fender.

Paid about $90 for the P/J during a sale. The shipping from Germany was $90. What’s there not to like? Oh,…don’t forget to have a set of your favorite strings ready to install.

Pretty! Few years ago i got one. A flat black P clone. It sounded and looked great. A Batman bass. My issue is the chucky front to back neck. they call it D shape? I can't get along with it. I m a modern C player. If these come with Mod C neck. Im all over it. That purple.....
