Well the thing at the top of the forum told me I'd in fact never posted here before despite being a member, and this is pretty much because I don't have a whole lot to add yet! I decided to start learning bass about 3 weeks ago, and bought a bass off a friend of mine, so I'm pretty much a complete novice. I've played drums for 8 years or thereabouts so that's pretty much my primary instrument, but I really fancied giving bass a crack as well. I've been working through various scales and modes to try and get my technique and musical theory better, as well as playing along to RATM and Radiohead stuff. So, anyway, hello! Hope I can learn from the rest of you guys.
