Just kidding -- the trailblazer, the one with TRUE seafoam color is only 36 pounds. Truly a very light craft! Both are light though, and if you get rid of the EXO carrying case (the black thing in the rear storage well, it gets close to 36 but not quite.

I know, they track better. I wanted to get into it cheap and get my son a kayak at the same time. He's a wild card when it comes to liking things, so I just got a couple 10' cheapies for paddling Florida lakes. How long is that bad boy in your picture above?

17'10" long by 20.5" wide, I was trying to make a bass/kayak reference. Just like basses, every kayak has it's intended purpose

It's way neck heavy ...

Everyone likes the saddles in these. Very comfortable. The c shape profile is also really nice. Strap never comes off...strings are round wound, with low tension for a lot of buzz. Fretless, as you can see.

Would't it be cool to have a real Mustang bass with a front and rear storage hatch for ear plugs, picks, and chewing gum, a paddle fan for moving air (to cool you on those hot stages), and a built in seat for those long 4 hours gigs, and two carrying handles so others can help you carry those heavy, baseball bat precisions bass style instruments? Plus, waterproof for those outdoor gigs, and a drain plug at the rear in case you get water in the control cavity. Also, fretless? How cool is that?
