New Peavey

I ordered a new Peavey Tour TKO..... an amp that hasn't been out yet. I have always had pretty good luck with Peavey in the past. But have never bought ANYTHING online without trying it first..... Has anyone heard any "buzz" on this new combo???

Weight? None of the Internet stores (that I found) list the 'big' weight, and Peavey's site has NO DESCRIPTION OR PHOTO, go figure! :bassist:

Hey Peavey, is there a problem with this order? 1. List product on website; 2. Roll-out data to Vendors/Distributors; 3. Take Orders/Ship...
That order generates interest, disseminates information/data, and delivers MORE product or backorders-sooner!

Did you see the TNT (600 watts) 1X15

The Tour TNT 115 is being marketed as a 600 watt amp, but it's actually a 300 watt RMS amp at 4 ohms. The rating of 600 watts is for "Program Power" only.

I believe the rating with the internal 8 ohm speaker is 250 watts RMS and only jumps to 300 watts when a extension cabinet is used.

The Tour TKO 115 has less power.

To bad it's taking Peavey such a long time to get these into the stores. Both models were introduced in January of this year at NAMM with delivery expectations of July. Until they hit the stores (who knows when that will be) no one knows for sure how they sound and how they'll stand up.
