I haven't yet tried the Headway but I know a lot of TBers love it.
Headway is replacing the EDB-1 with an 'new and improved' EDB-2

If I do try the Headway I will wait for the new model - it is (or was) just introduced at NAMM - not on Headway's website yet.
One issue with the Headway is that it appears they still only supply 18v Phantom which leads to the S/N or 'hiss' issue discussed in other TB threads. Perhaps Headway could/would Mod that by request? It looks like a great box and
someone far more qualified than I should do an A B C test with the Abox, The Pre (IA), and the new EDB-2. Are you listening, Chris Fitzgerald?
