Man I love thundercat as a bass player. But as a singer I feel like he sings the same way every. single. time. I swear "Them Changes" is the only song he ever deviates from the same vocal melody/rhythm. The isley brothers get credit for it cause I guess he sampled something for the tune, but I'm starting to believe Them Changes was shadow written by someone else cause in terms of catchiness and melody he's never once gotten close to that again.

First tune in the OP has a real Louis Cole vibe.
But it also doesn't sound like any of the Thundercat stuff I'd heard previously. Where's the envelope-controlled filter on his bass?!?!

...which admittedly got old fast, so I'm happy it's gone.
