Anybody got some words of wisdom for learning James Jamerson bass lines. I am really slogging it on the song Bernadette.
Gear Acquisition Syndrome or GAS? I think not. I've been done buying gear for awhile. Purchases were based on recommendations from the local Sweetwater Academy and bass players for what would be needed for the Build a Band program and general all around venues...cafes, churches, fairs, etc. I don't see me buying any new equipment for several years aside from some inexpensive audio line-in triggered cab lights. I am done so GAS does not really apply. Now, if I bought something new every month and risked my marriage relationship over the purchases, then it would definitely be a GAS problem....lol!
