Alright, so I figured if they do this in the bass and amps sections then there's no good reason I couldn't do it here, so here goes. A smidge over a month ago I left the beautiful commonwealth of Kentucky in order to attend The Leadership Development and Assessment Course out at Fort Lewis in Washington state. In my days before leaving for the training, I showed my lovely girlfriend the Fuzzrocious Grey Stache, explained everything about it and said I wanted to buy one for myself when I returned with the extra bit of cash the training provided.
Fast forward a month and I return home to a warm welcome and had since forgotten about my solemn oath to purchase said pedal upon returning. However, my lovely girlfriend had not and upon her urging and prodding I found one for sale here on TB and bought it. It arrived today at long last, and I must say it lives up to the hype.
Nice midrange on this puppy, and a nice aggressive fuzz. I questioned my decision to buy one hard wired with the no diodes option, but upon listening to several sound samples I've found that its the setting I prefer and even if I sent it to be modded, I'd simply have to options I never used. The toggle is a tone bypass and the second switch is a momentary oscillation feature that is very nice.
And of course, no pics no stache.
