Packers weren't ready for prime time. The unit that was supposed to be their strength (2ndary) was their greatest weakness against the dirty birds and Julio and Sanu brought the pain.

Hopefully Pack recovers this week against a vulnerable Cincinnati team and in addition, gets healthier. Here's hoping Dalton continues to involuntarily suppress what I think is real QB talent.

Pack 38
Bengals 17

Titans host the Seahawks. I hope the D can turn it into Chicken Run. The Seahawks can still field a decent defense but if Tenn. keeps Henry as the battering ram to fuel the offense I think they will be ok. Tenn. can't afford to lose 2 at home.

Titans 31
Seahawks 17

The 1-0 Dolphins are in first place. That might actually last for another week since they're playing the lowly Jets. I'd be shocked if they remained there after that, though.

Big Ben says he wants to average 30 points a game. I think they will do it this week versus Glennon and the Bears. I just hope Tomlin has this team buttoned up for a road game against a struggling team. Steelers better not be looking ahead to the showdown with the Ravens.

Steelers 34
Bears 10

I could see the Titans pulling off the win, but putting up 31 on the Seattle D doesn't seem very likely to me.

Titans/Seahawks will end up 6-3 or something. Seattle has a D but no O just yet.

My thought process is that while the Seahawks D is indeed stout it is going to be on the field a long time and it's going to be pounded by a relentless ground game which wears on a defense too. Once that happens I can see Mathews and Walker getting in quality use mid game - late game to finalize the deal. I think the pressure the Titans D is about to bring on Wilson will be telling.

49ers and Rams on Thursday night?
Who's going to watch that game?

-Mike

I'm oddly interested in this. The Rams screwed the pooch in that last game. The defense simply disappeared, which I didn't expect. The 49ers always play the Rams tough, even when they were worse off than now. I could see the Rams letting Geraldo Goof get so turned around he throws to the guys in gold.

Albert Haynesworth airing his dirty laundry on social media. Welcome to 2017.
He's been a rotten guy from how I remember him, but domestic violence is no joke.

-Mike

Never liked him as a Titan. Stomping a guys unhelmeted (sic) head with a cleat was just one of the things wrong with Fat Albert. Just a waste of space imo.
