I think the Browns look closer this year. They moved the ball against the Ravens. Kizer needs to get rid of the ball more quickly, and cut down on turnovers though.

I think the Browns look closer this year. They moved the ball against the Ravens. Kizer needs to get rid of the ball more quickly, and cut down on turnovers though.
But not to members of the other team.
Buffalo is one of two teams in the AFC East that sometimes give hope to challenging the Goliath of that division. As a result, they sometimes play the overachiever. I know their offense is not showing much promise so far, but this has trap game written all over it. I can only hope Denver learned their lesson after the San Diego game about putting the hammer down and sealing the deal (and if the Dallas blowout is any indicator, they have). Buffalo D will give Denver a challenge, I predict a close one.

Just when I thought the Dolphins could be trusted to take care of business against arguably the worst team in the league, they're down 20-0 in the 4th.
Well, sometimes I hate it when I'm right.
Denver shot themselves in the ass with both barrels and Buffalo took full advantage of it.
Props to the Bills, they played heads up football.

I don't need to wait and see. There is no hope. It's useless to jump off of the bandwagon because the bandwagon hasn't been ridden in over 20 years, is rotten, rusting and up on blocks in the middle of nowhere.
Boldin is about to turn 37 and was on a roster that looked really bad.
Not many of us are required to stand for the anthem at our jobs. In fact, the NFL only started requiring players to do so (instead of staying in the locker room) in 2009.
So, back to football...
The Titans beat a team they needed to in order to be believable as a true up and comer. It wasn't perfect but the offense carried the day. Sherman deserves a massive fine. One of the dirtiest players and has been for a long while. Just a punk ass loud mouthed thug.

Damn Steelers. Run defense! For what.. the last 7 or so seasons it's been the Steelers secondary that was losing games, now they are letting 20+ runs happen way too often. Blaah!

You were right about the Titans. I'm shocked at how many points Seattle gave up. It was a crazy day overall--Bears over Steelers, the Jags putting up 44, Bills over Broncos, Vikings dominating the Bucs.
Sherman talks waaaay too much, but I don't recall him being particularly dirty before today . "Thug" has become a loaded word, and understandably so IMO.

Seattle blew their wad on defense and have no running game or offensive line.
They'll churn through guys all season looking to catch lightning in a bottle. They thought they had it in Rawls, but he got hurt and the line is terrible.
As for Lacy, he didn't seem all that great to me to begin with, so he had no chance in Seattle.
Probably better suited as a change of pace secondary runner or third down guy.
