This is one reason I prefer college football. So many more games you can watch, including the ones you actually care about outside of your area, without ponying up for super premium access.

I put a really big antenna in my attic to pick up the local stations better.
I'd imagine if you go reeeeally big, you can pick up quite a few games.
The Steeler game stayed competitive much longer than I was expecting. It still hurts to watch.
The NFL got in front of all these new ways to consume media, leading the way with their Sunday Ticket offering. Now they have their games locked down to just a couple ways to watch them, which is unfortunate for the fans but effective for them to maximize the value of those games.
If you really like the NFL, even though it's expensive, Sunday Ticket is the way to go. All games in one interface with a couple other nice offerings built-in.

Aaron Rodgers was complaining about how he wasn't given enough time to see the sites in London. After that performance, maybe he should stay for a few days.
I wonder if he makes enough money to take a trip there in the off season.

I didn't know the players had working vacations as part of the CBA.
There aren't many games I really want to see, so Sunday Ticket would be a waste, plus I dumped DirectTV a few years ago. I would be willing to pay for one off games. It hurts being a Steeler fan in an area where the Bengals and then Browns are the broadcast priority over the Steelers.
Yeah I kinda miss home. I moved from Minneapolis to Denver a few years ago. While it was nice to see the Broncos win the SB a couple months after we moved here, I'm a Vikings fan. It's not that I'm a hardcore fan or anything. It just brings back fond memories of family and/or friends getting together to watch the games.
I think this season it may be merciful. I've been able to see most of the Steeler games this year, but I'm not sure it's been good for me.
I lived in north Florida for a long time, and our home teams were the Jags, Dolphins, Bucs, and Falcons. It was rare to see a game that did not involve those teams.
I can't wait to hear Tomlin indirectly blame Pickett for the loss today, attributing a loss like that one to the growing pains of starting a young player at QB.
Pickett looks like he might be good, but not with Tomlin and Canada showing him the way. To the contrary, it's more possible they ruin his career before it even starts. He's about to go 0-4 in his first four NFL starts and get shellacked in each game like he did today.
Pickett hasn't helped his cause after the game crying about Lawson trying to take out his legs, and Daniels from the Steelers getting the 15 yarder for not keeping his emotions in check reveal even further how far away from being good this team is. You can bet other teams will get in Daniels and Pickett's heads now.

Yeah, those two bozos caught that mentality started by Mike Wallace and Antonio Brown, the young money crew. I was hoping it was going to finally die off when Brown left, but nope it's alive and well. This tells me it goes beyond a player or position, and comes from the top.
Time to go Tomlin.

Lost by 31 to the Bengals last year, 35 Sunday to Buffalo.
Including the playoff loss to the Chiefs last January, that's now four losses in the past 13 games that have been by 21 points or more. If you include the Vikings game, it's five times in the past 13 games the Steelers have trailed by 26 points or more in the second half.
But hey, he's never had a losing season so he's awesome. The standard is the standard, and Tomlin has successfully lowered it. Next man up might by you buddy. Get your cleats ready.

The story is the same as last year, only worse: the NO LINE. We thought they were terrible last year, but they're worse this year.
Last year they averaged 4 yards per carry and Burrow was sacked 55 times. This year, they are averaging about 3 yards per carry, and Burrow has already been sacked 19 times. Expand that out to the season, and he's on pace for 65 sacks.
The only good news is that their defense is playing reasonably well.

The Seahawks have no defense, but Geno is ripping it up. It is not the usual Seahawks character. Maybe Wilson really did benefit from the Seattle system in a big way. He seems to have had yet another injury. This will be a lousy season for both Denver and Seattle. Seattle will have an easier time building back up, since they appear to have an offensive line for a change.
