It's scary how fast the Pats have recovered from losing Belichick, Brady and Gronk. Ticks me off!
I think it's a great story and shames these lame teams going into rebuild mode for long stretches. Well folks, nope it doesn't take all that long when you have the right people making the decisions. Robert Kraft is a dirty old man, but he knows how to run an NFL football team.

I ordered a Drake Maye jersey before Xmas and it still hasn't come!
If you ordered it through Fanatics, I'll say it until I'm blue in the face and at my very last breath, Fanatics is the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with for reasonably timely shipping. I gave up on anything through them ever again a few years ago after I ordered a hat that took 3 months to finally receive. It's absolutely heartbreaking that a garbage company such as them have cornered the sports world merchandising.

That's what ticks me off so much. My Dolphins have been rebuilding since 1999 when Marino retired. And they just keep getting worse!

Stroud tried to give the game up, but the Steelers were having none of it.
Yep, he sure did. Tomlin stood strong and refused to give in. There was an L on the home field in that game for the taking and he wasn't letting anyone take it from him.
It's not even embarrassing anymore. This is the standard.

Went to bed shortly after halftime. Stroud had a rough game, but the running game and the defense were the real deal. Rodgers’ last pass as a pro might well be a pick 6.

Texans/Pats should be a great game!
It should put the Pat’s “weak schedule” theory to a real test. I hope Stroud’s feeling better by then because the Pat’s pass rush seems to have found some new ferocity.

Watching Rodgers, you get the sense that the old “stand in the pocket” QB-style may depart with him.

The Steelers have lost seven playoff games in a row, all but one by double digits. Last night was by far the worst of those. This team has no light at the end of the tunnel of mediocrity. It needs a complete rebuild .

Of course Rogers was defending Tomlin after the loss. They should be fishing buddies far, far away from Pittsburgh.

You either coach it, or you allow it as Mike Leach would say. I believe Tomlin does both.
His choice of players to fill the roster over the years shows he is indeed a players coach. He offers the washed up guys a place to come play and get paid well with the only expectation being to win nine times in 17 tries, before it was eight in 16. Club Med NFL style.
Tomlin has no coaching tree. You'd think after 20 years he would have at least developed one guy to be a successful coach elsewhere. Nope, his coaching tree looks the same as mine. Why?

I was just coming in here to acknowledge what Chris said about the Tomlin bashing, and that I needed to stop doing so. Whining and gnashing of my teeth all the time. Now it's over.
Tomlin has another 10-15 years in him if he wants it. Let's see where he ends up. Pittsburgh stands to score from this if he takes an NFL job before his Steelers contract expires in two years.
