I'm startin a pool on when Vick gets injured exposing himself to the D like that. I am thinkin he goes down early November. Chip, ya bringing in who then?

Much ado is being made about the pace of the Chip Kelly offense. However, I didn't see anything much faster than, say, New England. It might be more instructive to look at other facets of Kelly's offensive schemes besides the tempo.

He got his first NFL win and that says something. It will be interesting to see if he can keep it going and how he does it.

From the way the announcers were talking it up, you'd of thought it was the second coming!

I do believe that was a clever reference to the minor (and ridiculous) controversy that occurred when Kaepernick was photographed at a party wearing a Dolphins hat because it "matched his outfit".

I knew about that, just thought it was going in a different direction. Never mind!

Chip has been questioned about his techniques during training camp by the Philly media because he didn't allow hitting. They (the media) kept harping that if the guys don't practice tackling in camp how will they do come gametime. But he did focus on tempo and conditioning so don't think last nights game was a fluke. Some of Washington's defenders were so gassed before the end of the first half, some with calf cramps and hammies. And even the Eagles 'O' line was somewhat gassed in the second half but as Chip continues to work with them their conditioning for the uptempo game will get better. And Shady was leaving defenders stupified, stuck in place or just plain out breaking their ankles, lol lol lol. The Eagles depth and conditioning may well win them the division. Carey Williams brings a nastiness to the 'D' that the Eagles hasn't had since the days of Jim Johnson. And for history's sake last year in game 1 for the Eagles, Cleveland hit Vick 19 times, the Eagles 'O' line is much improved now, Mike may just play the entire season, if only he gets rid of that pulling guard syndrome he displayed last night.
