Ahem! I've been a Dolphins fan since I was old enough to understood football, and grew up in Miami. We're mostly good people. We just have a natural aversion to the Belichick/Brady apologists.
I do believe that was a clever reference to the minor (and ridiculous) controversy that occurred when Kaepernick was photographed at a party wearing a Dolphins hat because it "matched his outfit".
You got me dead on.
To be honest, despite being a Pats fan, I have no actual dislike for the Dolphins or their fans.
Raiders: Pryor looked much better than I thought. I loved the game. We had excitement. The Raiders made some great plays. And, best of all, we still lost!
I hope for many entertaining games that let me watch the whole thing; no massive blow outs where I turn it off at half time. We NEED to lose at least 14. Jacksonville might give us a run for our money.
Right now I'm a happy Raider fan. Good games. Good losses. High pick, trade down, rebuild, and shoot for 2015. Best of luck to the rest of the AFC. We need to shoot for a good season when Peyton retires. Anything before that is a lost cause.

am i the only one who came away from this game thinking "philip rivers sux"?.....
and the worst thing about it is, he'll probably play great against the titans...that's the worst kind of sucking...let the texans off the hook and then play great against us...

Rivers played pretty good, the Texans just completely dominated the second half. I think it was a result of them playing against a brand new scheme with no film to study and the Chargers got ahead early. After some halftime adjustments, the Texans completely shut them down.
I didn't see any of the HOU/SD game, I was too tired to stay up for it. Coming back from 21 down in the second half, on the road? Impressive. I hope Swearinger played a good game for Houston.

I'm a lifelong Raiders fan. I'm hurting as much as you.
The Raiders offensive line is really bad. Pryor consistently extended plays, escaped danger and made completions. With our line, Flynn would have be absolutely hammered, and I can easily see a sack, fumble, return for TD. Pryor gives us the best chance to win and clearly can throw and run. He will get better as the season goes on.
Flynn, quite possibly the unluckiest QB in football.

Or he's just not good. I thought he was unlucky last year, which he was given how good Wilson is. After having it happen twice, I'm starting to think he's just not that great.
Good chance of that too. Still, last game he actually played h threw for what, 480 yards and 6 TD's? Can't be completely rubbish.
With the Raiders, it's likely that legwork that he doesn't have is a huge advantage.
Or...would you say the luckiest...pocketed millions and hasn't had to play a snap.
Despite the loss, the Chargers looked good last night. As in, a threat to take the AFC West good.
Congrats to the Texans for a determined effort and taking advantage of the all-too-familiar San Diego mistakes late in the game.
Got a soft spot for both teams. We still love the Kube here in Denver, and Mike McCoy seems to have a good sense of direction as head coach.

The Chargers aren't going to be able to have a second half collapse the likes of which they did against the Texans when they play the Broncos.

DJ was pretty much a non factor in the game. He made a few tackles but nothing spectacular. He didn't have any serious mistakes either.
