I got my view of gomez watching him get punked continuously in the ECHL during the lockout.

I lost all respect for him when he played the puck, got checked, hit the boards, broke his pelvis, and cried about saying he was leaving the ice.

Can't say I liked him too much before now, but with a record like that you gotta respect. Devils players do not have a good record however when they come to play at the Garden so we'll see.

All we got was a few hopefully, diamond in the rough, junior defence-men. That's it....That's it? No goal scorers?...Doesn't look good. Hey Gainey, what ever happened to that famous eight year plan of yours? This is year eight, the year we're supposed to bring the cup home....yeah right.

I forgot about Lang, definitely addition by subtraction. I also think Franzien and Huddler will benefit from a good playoffs.
By the way ALL of those original six games you listed are AWAY GAMES! UGH Bateman still sucks!

The Flyers are having the Briere news conference today @12:00!

I have to wait till I get home to watch it. I am excited about the changes they are making...

Glad they dumped Joni Pikaten (sp?).

Regardless of their bad season last year, I still watched them all.

Looks like Buffalo is gonna have some trouble without Briere (to Philly) .

If the leafs ain't out, it's not spring in Toronto.

Unless the Bruins, Sabres, or Canadiens pull off some good trades before the season, I think the Leafs have a shot of getting 2nd in their division. It still might not be enough for the playoffs in the Eastern Conference though.
