LOL - I know/remember..
I guess the bigger issue is that different parts of the country (USA) have differing challenges around wireless band interference - hence the Senn and Shure web apps that indicate which band (A thru G) would work best in the zip code entered. You may have had FAR more interference in your part of the country with the EM900 than I did! idk.
