no "New Posts" link

hi,
just wondering why the header contains options i don't use or need, such as "Mark Forums Read", "Search Forums", etc. normally, the one function i use/need "New Posts" is front & center!
today it is missing as well as other secondary links.

nevermind,.. i accidently disabled "JavaScript" on my browser, DOH!
