Nordstrand DC5s splitting help

Hi TB, I have DC5s wired in series, and would like to have single coil option.

Is it possible to manage this with two simple on-on switches (6 pin)? these are the only I have.


Single coils: black + white (B), green + red (N), bare = GND

Series: Black = Hot, bare + green=Gnd, red + white together.

I would use bridge side coil on bridge pickup, and neck side on neck.

Any help with wiring would be appreciated

Just use your switch as a simple 'on-off' switch to short the coil you don't want in single coil mode.
One side of the switch to the middle point (red+white), the other to the end of the coil you want to mute: black to mute bridge coil, green to mute neck coil. When the switch is open (off), the pickup is in series mode.
