Nordstrand Dual Coil with coil switching - samples! :)

I just ordered Nordstrand MM 5.2 OLP with James East 3 band 4 knob. I have the wiring diagram for 3 way which gives series, parallel, and bridge single cool. I would like to figure out how to use 5 way to add neck single coil. Modding my Tony Levin OLP 5
