Does this look weird to anyone else? The single, sloppy pickup rout, the dark stain... Looks sketchy. Not to mention the price is obscene. Discuss.

I can't tell you, I don't know enough about vintage Rics. I can't imagine doing a fake if it requires $50-100 of checkerboard binding, on the back side, just to beat it up afterwards.

It is a legit 4005. Horrible refin, moddified pickup cavity , replaced fingerboard. It's enough to make you weep.
