I've noticed over the last week or so that my notifications do not clear.
I see a notification that someone posted on a thread I follow. I go read the thread and the new posts but the notification is still there even after browsing the rest of the site for a while. Then another new post to the same thread as before is made I now have 2 notifications of new activity on that thread. I go and read the new posts and again have no unread posts in the thread. Then another new post and I show 3 notifications of new activity. This continues on and I just had 4 notifications of new activity on the thread each with a different time stamp and I have read and caught up on the thread 4 times but the notifications do not clear.
They don't clear until I click the notifications button at the top and look at them.
