I'm currently listening to "Don't Give Up", "Secret World" and "Growing Up" after reading an article by Tony Levin about what he did to his bass for some of those tunes.

For "Don't Give Up" he shoved one of his kids diapers (an unused pair) under the strings for part of the song while recording the bass for it.
